Charge Rates

There is a minimum Labour charge of €120.00 euro + vat for the first hour or part thereof which isd eemed, as either an investigation charge or fault diagnostic on site charge. All investigations and or faultdiagnostic carried out on site will be classed as a labour charge.

Call out charge

This definition is as follows, the travel time required to your property, insurance, diesel costs ect. that would be normally added to your bill. We do not charge for the call out.

Rented Properties

If you are a tenant of a rented property you must have either the Landlord or Estate agents permission to have works carried out. You are then responsible for payment on receipt of invoice.

Absentee Landlords must make a 50% payment before work starts via electronic payment and the balance on completion of works.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made directly to our plumbers by one of the following methods:

Cash: All cash payments to be made directly to the plumber.

Credit Card: All credit card payments can be made through our credit card machine.
